What is Rewo?
Rewo is an AI-powered review management tool designed specifically for mobile apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. It takes the repetitive work out of responding to user reviews while helping you maintain your brand voice.

Why Rewo Exists
I've always wanted to build something with AI—but not just another flashy experiment or "AI for the sake of AI." I wanted something simple and useful, but serious: a tool that actually solves a problem for real developers.
The inspiration came from Astro. Astro reinvented keyword management for indie developers, taking one small, critical piece out of huge, expensive ASO suites and making it affordable, focused, and practical. That approach stuck with me: why build a bloated tool when a lean, precise solution can deliver the core value?
I had the same problem with app store reviews. Replying is repetitive, easy to procrastinate on, and yet user feedback matters. I wanted a system that shows me the reviews, drafts thoughtful replies, and makes it effortless to respond while keeping my own voice.
That's why I built Rewo: a straightforward review management tool centered on AI-powered, on-brand reply drafts + automation. No canned responses. No expensive dashboards. Just a practical way for indie devs and small teams to engage with users, save time, and keep their personality intact.
How to Get Started
Getting up and running with Rewo takes just a few minutes. Here's everything you need to know:
1. Sign Into the Dashboard
Head to the Dashboard and sign in using passwordless authentication. Simply enter your email address, and it'll send you a secure magic link. Click it, and you're in. There is no password to remember.
2. Create Your First Project
A project represents your app across all platforms in Rewo. Whether your app is on the App Store, Google Play, or both, you only need one project. It serves as the central hub for all your review management.
After creating your project, you'll configure everything in your Project Settings: your app's name, when to draft and publish responses, how to tag reviews, and most importantly: all the AI behavior and content settings that shape how your replies are generated (tone, style, brand voice, and more - see Response Settings).
3. Connect Your Store Providers
Providers are your connections to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This is where Rewo pulls your reviews and posts your replies. You can connect one or both stores depending on where your app is available.
Setting up providers requires API credentials from Apple and Google. Use the detailed step-by-step guides to walk you through the process. It's straightforward, but does require some setup in your developer accounts.
Getting the Most Out of Rewo
Getting started is simple, but Rewo works best when you invest a little time upfront to tailor it to your app and brand.
The quality of your AI-generated replies is directly linked to the context you provide. By teaching Rewo about your app's unique features, your desired brand voice, and recurring user issues in your Response Settings, you enable the AI to generate much more accurate and helpful drafts.
