Manage Your Team
The Collaborators section within your project settings is where you centralize the management of your team members and control their access to your Rewo projects. This ensures that everyone has the appropriate level of interaction, from viewing reviews to managing project configurations.
Current Team Members
This section provides a clear overview of everyone currently part of your project. For each team member, you'll see their:
- Name: The display name of the user.
- Email: The email address associated with their Rewo account.
- Role: Their assigned permission level (Admin, Editor, or Viewer), which dictates their capabilities within the project.
- Status: Whether their access to the project is currently enabled or disabled
Regularly review your active team members to ensure access levels remain appropriate as your project and team evolve.
Invite New Team Members
Expanding your team on Rewo is straightforward. To invite a new collaborator:
- Click the Invite button in the Current Collaborators section.
- Enter the email address of the individual you wish to invite.
- Assign them a suitable role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer) based on the level of access they require.
Once sent, these invitations will be listed in the *Outstanding Invitations" section, awaiting acceptance.
Outstanding Invitations
This section serves central hub for all pending invitations you've extended to potential team members. Key details to remember about invites:
- Expiration: For security and efficiency, invitations automatically expire after 24 hours if not accepted.
- Revocation: You maintain full control and can revoke any outstanding invitation at any time before it is accepted.
Permissions
Understanding the different roles and their associated permissions is crucial for effective team management. The table below provides a detailed breakdown of what each role can do within a project.
Users, including any admins, are unable to change their own role within a project. Role modifications must be performed by another project admin.
